​The Home Office Staff will consist of key personnel who will oversee the core operations and the student advisory board. Other critical positions will be contracted out to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)​
     - Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for CampusNIL Corporation.
     - Ensures alignment with the company's mission and goals.

 
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
     - Manages day-to-day operations.
     - Coordinates with outsourced service providers to ensure smooth operations.


Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
     -Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
     -Ensures fiscal responsibility and transparency.

 
Director of Student Engagement
      -Liaises with the student advisory board.
      -Develops strategies to enhance student participation and satisfaction.

Director of Human Resources
      - Manages all hiring processes and employee relations.
      - Develops and implements HR policies and procedures.


Executive Assistant
      -Provides administrative support to the executive team.
      -Manages schedules, meetings, and correspondence.

Contracted Out Positions
 
 
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
     -Managed by external IT service providers or consultants to oversee technological               infrastructure and digital platforms.


Director of Communications
     -Handled by PR agencies or freelance communication specialists to develop and                   implement communication strategies.


Director of Marketing
     -Outsourced to marketing agencies or freelance marketers to create and execute                 marketing campaigns.


Director of Partnerships
     -Managed by external business development consultants or agencies to build and               maintain business relationships.

 
Director of Legal Affairs
     -Legal compliance and advisory services provided by law firms or legal consultants.
